Dima was always fascinated with the world of Human Resources and in helping job seekers and employees better lead their way into a better career. Title: Credit and Relationship Officer – BLOM BANK S.A.L.
Feras Yehia is what we call a modern entrepreneurial business person whose work has varied between fields of accounting and finance, covering a great deal of experience in the banking sector. He started out as a part time accountant in â€śInstallations Middle East Co. LLCâ€ť while pursuing both his bachelor degree at LAU and the MCSE certification from Microsoft. Afterwards he joined BLOM bank and started his career in banking, and was able to assume varying posts and responsibilities. In 2009 He concluded his studies at U.S.J â€“ Center of Banking Studies and received his â€śDiploma in Specialized Banking Studiesâ€ť from the Association of Banks in Lebanon. He is currently enrolled in the MBA program at University of Leicester â€“ U.K. as well as the â€śAdvanced Diploma in Banking Managementâ€ť at U.S.J â€“ Center of Banking Studies and his expected dates for graduation is 2013 and 2012 respectively.

Mohammad Amin Sous is one writing enthusiast who’s always eager to bring the best into the world of work. He holds a BS in Business Management and has been working for more than 7 years in the field of public service at LAU library. He is compassionate about customer satisfaction by giving his best in helping students with their inquiries. Since LAU holds one of the best and newest libraries in the region, Mohammad feels that his performance should always exceed the studentsâ€™ expectations since it reflects the image of the whole library team and the whole university. He has become a friend and a writer at LebHR early 2012, and ever since he contributed several articles and posts.

Dr. Sharoq Almalki is a distinguished HR practitioner in the Middle East, specializes in Change Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement Management, and Talent Management. Dr. Almalki is an Executive Management Member who has promoted policies conductive to the best interests of employees and the organization.
Early 2015, Dr. Almalki won the â€ś100 Most Talented Global HR Leadersâ€ť Award, while in 2013, she won the â€śYoung HR Professional Awardâ€ť at the HR Summit and Expo 2013 in Dubai. She was also the winner of the Qatar Business Women Award for her outstanding efforts in the area of Future Goals and Financial Performance. Currently she is a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society â€“ the worldâ€™s largest honor society recognizing and encouraging scholastic achievement and excellence from all academic disciplines as well as a Fellow of the Gulf Talent Advisory Board and Fellowship of the Chartered Management Institute.
Dr. Sharoq Almalki holds a PhD in Philosophy and a Master degree in Social Policy and Administration. She is an international speaker and a certified coach. She is the Author of two books; â€śA Tale of Two Beehivesâ€ť, â€śA PIECE OF PEACEâ€ť and a columnist with several English Newspapers. Her work has appeared in a wide range of publication.
